(Poll) Decide what wood for me to smoke baby backs

I can not decide what wood to use so I will leave it up to SMF. It is short notice but I will start smoking them in about 1 hour. The most votes will decide what I use. The 2 racks of baby back ribs are rubbed and waiting in the fridge currently. I used a KC style rub and they will be served wet.

I like Fruit woods over Hickory...JJ

Mix either peach or apple or apricot or cherry with white oak........excellent..........

Come to think of it, I don't know if I would go 3-2-1 with back ribs. I would go 2-2-1....just sayin............

hickory.. be careful with the cherry... it can be over powering......

 For spares yes, baby backs need less time. 2-2-1 or less.

 I've had no problem with Cherry, but do use it more with Beef. I would try a mixture of Pecan and Cherry though for the pork.

Thanks for the votes.  Looks like I will be using cherry.  I think I will do 75% cherry with 25% hickory seeing as the votes were so close.
