I can not decide what wood to use so I will leave it up to SMF. It is short notice but I will start smoking them in about 1 hour. The most votes will decide what I use. The 2 racks of baby back ribs are rubbed and waiting in the fridge currently. I used a KC style rub and they will be served wet.

hickory.. be careful with the cherry... it can be over powering......
 
 
Thanks for the votes.  Looks like I will be using cherry.  I think I will do 75% cherry with 25% hickory seeing as the votes were so close.
