Here is my PID controller all set up and waiting for my new smoker.

I am going to get some kind of enclosure to put all of this in so it will look nice and neat and be rain proof.

Here is a list of what you see there.

1) Rex C-100 PID controller 120 VAC input with SSR output (12 VDC signal)
2) BBQ Guru Pit Viper fan
3) K - Type thermocouple
4) DPST AC power switch
5) RFI AC input filter
6) 12 VDC power supply to run fan
7) MOSFET low side driver for fan control
8) DC jack for Pit Viper fan

The pit viper fan was the most expensive piece of this but I didn't want to fool around with re-inventing the wheel making my own fan mount and flange.

I am also going to make a 12 VDC version so the system will be portable.
