DIY temperature controller revision 2

Thanks to some good advice from the forums, here is the next revision of the Turkatron!
Same Inkbird 106VH controller and fan inlet for cooling the SSR
AC in, smoker control out, fan exhaust, and thermocouple connectors
All together. That transparent lid lets me keep an eye on things to make sure the only smoke involved is inside the smoke!

Did a quick test today and everything is working well

Installed and tested. Just made smoked chicken salad and there were no surprises.

Wow this thing looks amazing, I like all the smart and elegant features (cables with relief glands, the probe connectors, etc.) on it!
