been looking for ideas to use all of this glorious pastrami, and decided to make some hash for breakfast. Started out w peppers, onions and a medley of potatoes. Cubed pots last night, put them in water, covered and in reefer overnight. Pots, onions & peppers sautéed in cast iron skillet. Chunked strami added to the party. Two yummy eggs on top, and breakfast is served! It was delicious, and made a lot so well have leftovers for a few days. Thanks for looking!
