Pastrami hash for breakfast

been looking for ideas to use all of this glorious pastrami, and decided to make some hash for breakfast.

Started out w peppers, onions and a medley of potatoes.

Cubed pots last night, put them in water, covered and in reefer overnight.

Two yummy eggs on top, and breakfast is served!

It was delicious, and made a lot so well have leftovers for a few days.

There's nothing better in the morning then a good hash and egg breakfast. And that looks great.

That looks great. I usually smoke a corned beef brisket on St. Paddy's Day every year. I make hash out of it as well. I use the canned new potatoes. It makes a nice breakfast. I'll have to do mine like yours next time.
