[h4]I've always enjoyed this Oven Fried Fish recipe out of the Better Homes & Gardens cookbook. My only changes were the Negra Modelo instead of milk, and about a TBS of Mad Hunky was added into the mix[/h4]

I used Halibut (Costco) for this one. Probably my favorite, but any white fish or chicken works well w/ this recipe
