Picked up close to a 3 lb tri tip for some dinner and baseball. Nice to have it back. Gonna be a long 60 games for the Tigers though. Cooked indirect on Weber to 105, then seared over coals pulled at 132, foiled for 15 minutes. S n S, original

K squares, Hickory chunks, SPOG, paprika rub. GF made some red skins, and a bag of frozen broccoli/cauliflower. Thanks for looking.

Looks good Sir. I caught a couple of clips of some games. Its weird to see them playing with no fans in the stands.

Nice piece of work, that tri came out perfect, Like! The games are for sure weird with the blowup doll fans and occasional fake fan noise, but it's way better then nothing. The fact my Giants have already lost twice to the hated Dodgers means my season is already just about over. I'm more looking forward to football anyway. RAY

Thanks, I bet you are if you root for the Niners, I was rooting for them in SB last year. Yeah, Giants are rebuilding along with Tigers. We got a lot of good young talent coming up though.

Great looking TT, and a great looking meal!
Love the backyard setup too!

Thank you. I’m loving the (new to me) Tri Tip. A delicious piece of meat I have time to do after work while enjoying a few cocktails. Lucky for me my local butcher keeps them in stock.

Thanks everyone, hopefully everything can eventually return to normal. At least sports are back for now.
