That looks awesome. I'd like to do some open fire cooking... don't do much rustic camping anymore so I'll hafta come up with a plan for that outside of the weber kettle in the back yard.
That's the best way to cook them, on the kettle with white hot oak coals.
I cringe every time I read a post about smoked or revers seared TT.
TT. is best over real wood coals...PERIOD!!!!!

I baste each time I flip with a mixture of red wine vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and pinch of red pizza chilies, it's killer for my taste buds.
