That's the best way to cook them, on the kettle with white hot oak coals.That looks awesome. I'd like to do some open fire cooking... don't do much rustic camping anymore so I'll hafta come up with a plan for that outside of the weber kettle in the back yard.
TT sliced thin, makes amazing french dips the day after.Last five 1/4" slices in the microwave for 30-seconds for breakfast this morning - so seriously good I skipped cooking an egg.
