I second porter road. Their butcher shop is in Nashville so I have the luxury of goin there. Such a awesome place. Ship nationally and orders over 100 ship free. Most of the beef is dry aged

Jake is spot on with this one. I got a nice bounty of their stuff in the 2020 Christmas exchange from Jake and it was all absolute top shelf, especially some of those amazing sausages.
