Homemade Belgian Waffles with some homemade strawberry jelly, butter and some whipped cream. I used the whipped cream for the photo and then just scraped it in the trash after the picture. (You believe that, I have some ocean front property just north of Dallas for sale).

PS There is a big glass of cold cold milk in the picture hidden.

I am mad! I rummaged thru three, three freezers and couldn't find any breakfast sausage to cook! Thats why I deserved the whipped cream!



I'd still swap with Skelly though!

PSS Baby Sis just left, and of course the waffle is cold and the milk hot now! BUT...... She brought me a couple a cryopac's of butts! No more store bought sausage for me!!!!!

You'd have never made it at our house. My Pop's favorite meal was breakfast, in the morning, at noon or at night. Bacon, eggs, and toast or biscuits. And of course Morning his favorite time of day. If ya wanted to make friends, tell him you'd get up and have breakfast with him. LOL He'd make biscuits and sausage and bacon and ham and tomatoes, eggs, coffee, juice, fruit, and etc etc etc..... But he never ate grits.

Well just act like there is some homemade sausage sitting on top the waffle. Its fast and easy and pretty good if you don't over do it. One of those things you can do when your hungry & its late. And with all the jelly I make....LOL. So far in the last month or so, I have done, strawberry, raspberry, apple, caramel apple, pineapple, apricot, no idea how much of each flavor. Thats a lot of waffles to make....LOL

Seen to many fish with worms. Now I'll eat shrimp and oysters both raw, but I would have to be challenged to eat raw fish or on one of those survivor shows.

Fair enough; though if you get sashimi grade fish it's actually checked etc. Also why it costs more then a small fortune LOL
