I am originally from L.I. N.Y., retired to the upstate of South Carolina in 2000 for the nicer weather and the great motorcycle riding and the less expensive cost of living. Was a member years ago, than stopped smoking for a while due to personal reasons.
Well; i'm back in the mix. I mostly do ribs and pastrami on the smoker, a horizontal Brinkman Pitmaster or steaks and veggies on the Webber kettle. This was a great site than and it still is. Hope to catch up. Howie
