Retired, in small village NE. Been smoking meats for years. Just got a new electric smoker. It's a Charbroil and the first smoke was awesome, as expected. Thawing more meat for next weeks meals. Looking for some vege ideas, recipes. Thoughts?

Yeah, I tried, but put in vegetable and you get all the posts with vegetable oil ... It's all good, I found a few.
