Hows it going guys and gals just bought my first electric smoker here in missouri excited ti try it out today for the first time already have it seasoning and 2 racks of ribs ready to be rubbed down wish me luck

Ribs turned out great 4 hrs 250 1 hr in tin foil 30 min at 275 fall off the bone perfect
