Newbie

I have a patio with gazebo 2 gas grills one a ceramic and the other a for burner with ceramic rotisserie and ceramic side burner. Also have a bar fridge and a prep counter for serving.
Seems a little dumb as we are in our seventies, but when our 4 kids and spouses and the 10 grandchildren do decide to drop in I am ready.
Just purchased a master raft vertical smoker from Canadian tire and looking forward to smoking
