Hi all

New to the forum and new to smoking and the low and slow world!
Got a Pro Q frontier elite.
Only one smoke under my belt so far which had not perfect but perfectly good results!
As a result I just received 16kg of Aussie heat beads and a inkbird twin probe temp monitor!

Going for pulled pork this weekend

Welcome Dave from across the pond! No such thing as a perfect smoke but we can usually eat the end result.
