I always stay a step behind AL. His advice is always good. You can't beat Jeff's rub and sauce. It's very user friendly in that you can tweak it to suit your personal taste. The rub or sauce can be mixed with honey for a great glaze. Or, with apple juice for a good braise. And remember, the proceeds from the cost of the recipes is used for the maintenance of the site.
