I appreciate you asking, though. What do you like to cook up there? Lake country seems like it'd be good for smoked fish.

Fresh grilled rainbow trout is really good. A lot of my buddies deer hunt, so smoke deer meat is on the menu!

It’ll get rubbed with honey and my jalapeño and brown sugar rub then hot smoked on the offset with charcoal and hickory then chilled a day and sliced into bacon…

Absolutely love that smoker! Can’t wait to see it in action!
