Hi all,

Got a ECB for my birthday and smoked a hand of pork on Sunday. Usual problem being the temperature or better lack there of. Still managed o get a fantastic result......

But I will implement all the mods  from your great tutorial...

Hi Florian - welcome to SMF and also the UK Group. Where in the UK are you from?

Yes, once you have implemented the mods you should find it a lot easier to manage the temperature. Have you done much hot smoking before and do you have any other smokers/BBQs?
 
@Wade sorry for the delay. I am based in Market Harborough East Midlands. About to embark on all the mods to my ECB tomorrow ready for a leg of lamb on Saturday.
