This is the newest UDS in action...I used the Big Poppa Smokers EDS Kit, and it seemed to be pretty good quality. I'll get y'all a better picture of the smoker soon, but it looks just like the pictures on the bigpoppasmokers.com website
I would have given y'all some q-view to look at, but the spare ribs I did for dinner were a little over done. I did the 3-2-1 method at 225* (according to the Big Poppa Therm)...but after the "2" in the foil they were already falling off the bone, so I pulled them. I will be calibrating the thermometer tomorrow. The smoker hold the temp pretty well...I just gotta make sure it's the right temp.
I have had a boston butt and a corned beef brisket flat on the cooker now, so hopefully I'll give ya'll something to drool over soon.
