My name is Jeff and I live in Mesa Arizona. The smoker I use is a home made one. It is a stainless steel cabinet that was used in a hospital. It was a neighbor of mine who use to build hospitals. When he died, I asked his son, what was he going to do with the cabinet.

He said I could have it, but why did I want it. I told him it would make a perfect smoker and I could not wait it move it to my yard. It holds about 100lbs and I love it. So up until now, all I have been smoking is Turkey, jerkey, and pork sausage sticks. I joined to learn more about the fine art of great smoked food. Looking forward to learning.
