Got an answer back from Grilla Grills about the current sale price applying when the Mammoth is back in stock.

"The sale was extended through fathers day and we expect the Mammoths back in about 2 weeks. "

So, a little math here...
Today is the 4th, Fathers Day is the 16th >>>> 16-14 = 12 days.
How many days are in 2 weeks ? 🤣

I called them on the 25th of May. They told me 1-2 weeks. So really any time now. No way for delivery before Father’s Day, but hopefully can get it ordered before then.

Haha, same questions I emailed about but did not get an answer to.

But, did get an answer to my question about a "fan only" mode for using it for cold smoking.
Does not have it, but she thought it was a good idea and would pass it on to development.

Also asked about when the additional shelves would be available to buy.
She wasn't sure, as she thought they would be in stock by now.

She also gave me a link to some videos and the user manual that may be of use to you...

FYI - The cover is available to purchase. :emoji_laughing:
Looks like they're out of stock again but the extra racks are available for $19.99

Totally frustrating. No email saying they were back in stock after putting on the 'Wish List', just a notice on Instagram, which I never use.

I watched the web site every day and they have not been listed in stock at all and there is no “list” to get on. I’m hoping we are still just waiting for the new stock,

Same with me and the version of the MBGF from Masterbuilt.
I'm on the list to "contact when the.become available " but have heard nothing .

They are likely stuck in shipping ie at the port so they don’t have a clue when they will actually get them….

Found a shipping update …..

I've thought that the supply chain issues due to the collapse of the Francis Scott Key bridge in Baltimore has affected deliveries.

For what it’s worth, I got on the email list to for when they are in stock and have also heard nothing… seems to be a trend! 😂
I contacted Grilla and they told me they sent me an email notification and suggested I check my Spam folder. I did, as well as trash, no email notification. Their reply today said they hope to have new stick late June/early July.

I'm in Southeast Florida and may be selling my Mammoth. Used just a few times. Takes up too much room and doesn't put out as much smoke as I thought it would.

Thanks for the info… I don’t think their update system is working like they think it is! Again, appreciate the update!

Just got off the phone with them. They are now saying mid July. So about a month behind.

Obviously the website still has them as out of stock but the price reduction to 799 has been removed and only 999 remains. Next time I call I’ll have to ask if we can still have the sale price or if that ship has sailed. Hoping they don’t go higher though.

I have to older XXL Pro.
Looks a lot smaller to me. Plus the CampChef leaks smoke every place it can find to escape, and there are lots.
I keep a car oil drip pan under it to catch the liquid smoke.

I placed a large rabbit hutch pan under the smoker to catch the liquid smoke! Although I have not had a problem with the liquid smoke since I dispatched with the water tray.

If I am to go back to using the water tray I'd likely put it on the lower rack. Where it normally goes causes black tar under the tray from the wood smoke.

As far as the smoke, your right it escape out everywhere it can. I just keep the wood tray filled with chunks and let it smoke.........let it smoke.......let it smoke............:emoji_laughing:

I'm in Stuart, FL and selling my Mommoth. only used 4 times. It's bigger than I need and doesn't put out as much smoke as I like. I've got the cover for it and a 40 lb. bag of pellets. $500 and it's yours. Pickup only.
