Those look great. I have a couple of questions. 1. What is soy concentrate and where would I get it? 2. How much cheese did you use?

I am new to all of this and trying to learn all that I can. My family loves brats, so I would like to make some of these some day soon. Thanks.

I actually used low fat powdered milk.. but at 1/8th a cup

cheese is to your liking just make sure its hard.... I did a Kroger extra sharp...

Mix in some diced jalapenoes!!!!! its awsome
