Hi all!

   Just received a Masterbuilt 30" (20070511) smoker as a christmas gift, and couldn't be happier!  A great deal of reading on this site happened before I settled on a unit to put on my christmas list, and I'm fairly sure that I'll shortly be investing in an AMNPS and a Maverick, though that may wait for warmer weather here in southern Minnesota.  I'll dream about upcoming runs until then!

Welcome aboard, and congrats on that new MES!  This is the best place I know for sharing ideas on smoking, grilling, curing, etc.  There are plenty of friendly, knowledgeable folks who really enjoy helping one another.  Looking forward to your input here, and just ask when you need anything...someone here will surely have the answer.
