Got a packer trimmed and ready for a couple days in the fridge hotel




Save the brisket trim for sausage making.....OH YEAH



Made the marinade and in the bag and tote ready for the fridge.



Take as much air as you can out of the bag.



Dont know which grill i'm going to use yet. Either my MAK, Meadow Creek or Bradley.

Weird. I posted lastnight but its not here?

Anyways the marinade is Moores Marinade, Dales works good to.

Here is the brisket being cut up.







I'm thinking home made pintos and brisket burnt ends.
