Got a packer trimmed and ready for a couple days in the fridge hotel

Save the brisket trim for sausage making.....OH YEAH

Made the marinade and in the bag and tote ready for the fridge.

Take as much air as you can out of the bag.

Dont know which grill i'm going to use yet. Either my MAK, Meadow Creek or Bradley.
 
Have the brisket from the marinade and putting steak dust on it.

Anyways the marinade is Moores Marinade, Dales works good to.
