Served with roasted asparagus caprese (asparagus, mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, basil, balsamic glaze), Dutchess potatoes (mashed Yukon Gold potatoes, butter, heavy cream, egg yolks, and spices, piped through a pastry bag) and grilled cremini mushrooms.

Yes, and the shrimp were on the skewers, crab meat was in the bernaise sauce! I can say something now!
