Long time lurker,first time poster.

I've been reading the forums for quite a while. I finally decided to register. I've dabbled in smoking since I was a teen. Mainly focused on fish. The last couple years I've really branched out. Just finished a batch of bacon last week.

I currently have 4 smokers. A Little Chief, vertical propane, Bradley digital and a Camp Chef.  I'm considering a stick burner. My buddy's company builds ridiculously cool competition stick burners.
