I can log in here on the forum but when accessing the email recipes it will not acknowledge me as a member, let alone a lifetime one. I have been here since 2007 after Jeff started the website.

I distinctly remember Jeff stating that forum membership is completely separate from website membership if that makes any difference in this case.

So sorry for the delay in getting back to you on this..

The membership on the forum is separate from the membership on the website at Smoking-Meat.com.

I would love to connect them together at some point, but it's a big project and seems to be sort of clunky.

I no longer send out the long form emails with the recipes/instructions inside due to them being caught by the spam filters. Now it just links to the recipe on the website.

Here's a link showing how to obtain an inexpensive membership over at the website which will remove all third party ads from the entire website.

Jeff, thank you for the responce. I have been with you for a long time here and I'm already a "Lifetime Premier" member on this website and I now see at the bottom of the "Join" link where you state,

"Will this membership also turn off ads at the forum at SmokingMeatForums.com?
No. This website and the forum are two separate websites and do not share any data, subscriptions, usernames, etc.
If you do want to turn off the ads at the forum, you can do that at this link."
