What temperature you cooking this at and what IT is your finish temp. I need to learn to do more with my kettle then I do. Looks great will it be sliced for bacon or chunks for cooking with?

What are you going to use it for when it's cooked?
I've never done anything with a belly, except make bacon.

Windy today and the temps swinging between 137-148*
Im going to pull it. Belly is way better than a but IMHO

Fat side up, melted right down thru the meat. My wife likes the belly better than a butt. For just us 2 a butt is just to much and i end up vac sealing and giving the rest away.

Wow surprising must have been pretty lean no abundance of fat looks great. Was not what I expected you to do with it.
