Jumbo wings with Smoked Jack topped zucchini

Fired up big Jake after a church meeting today. Seasoned half of them when Oakridge BBQ secret weapon rub and half with a 25 kosmo dirty bird and 75 percent killer honey bee rub.

Put some sliced zucchini in a doughnut basket and let them ride until soft. Before slicing some smoked tillamook Jack cheese I smoked in Little Jake earlier in the month. Holy Moly it was super good. Had not tried that before.

The chicken wings are pretty dang tasty and the skin was awesome. Smoked with oak wood. Thanks for looking. The dirty bird killer bee combo is pretty tasty for those looking to try different things. Ace hardware has it local here.
