I made this the other day on my pellet grill with black berries picked in my back yard. My dad loved it. Too seedy for me.

Using the half sheet pan I make dbbl amount of the batter. 4 or 5 ripe peaches dipped into boiling water for 30 sec to 1 minute,then into and ice an water bath.Check the skin to see if it has loosened

preheat the grill like you would an oven

I tried the peach recipe linked in this thread. Turned out great. The peaches were picked today from my neighbors tree.
