I have recently sold a piece of my company to an investor, for a percentage of profit, and would like some reccomendations on the following topics.

I have a list of things i need to purchase / upgrade.

I have partnered with a restaurant and will prep and store things there.

Here is the list.

New laptop

NSF smoker

Good looking menu

Bottler for sauce

Cambro boxes

Sausage stuffer

New website

Electric knife

A scale

Umbrella insurance for a caterer

Handwashing set for events

Thank you all so much for your advice and help I genuinely appreciate it.

What would you specifics would you like to know are you vending daily some were or just catering. As for your list it can get extensive you dont particularly need an NSF smoker I would look into quickbooks for your accounting software. It looks like you want to bottle your own sauce and sell it or just use it for your business? I did it i can be an expensive start up process may consider doing after your up an running and profitable. I have been through the whole start up process feel free to pm me we can chat more extensively by phone.

Double check with your state health Dept. In PA ALL kitchen equipment must be NSF certified. You ain't gonna bring a homemade horizontal on your property here...JJ
