I have recently sold a piece of my company to an investor, for a percentage of profit, and would like some reccomendations on the following topics.

I have a list of things i need to purchase / upgrade.

I have partnered with a restaurant and will prep and store things there.

Here is the list.

New laptop
NSF smoker
Good looking menu
Bottler for sauce
Cambro boxes
Sausage stuffer
New website
Electric knife
A scale
Umbrella insurance for a caterer
Handwashing set for events

Thank you all so much for your advice and help I genuinely appreciate it.

So Chum, after searching for info on you "company in your profile and finding none, it will be really hard to advise you on your business needs as there is no information on your business! Are you a backyard cook trying to expand into the catering business? Do you currently have a catering business and are hoping to expand? Do you operate a food truck and are looking for a hard store? What is your experience level with mass food preparation? All important questions to answer if you are looking for advice. Like most of the guys here (I assume) I too am a hobby meat burner that has done a few large events for friends, clubs, and churches and have had many people ask me when I'm going pro. I haven't pulled the trigger yet because of the expense and time commitment and am afraid that if I do this as a business I'll lose the passion for it that I have. Good luck to you in your endeavors but if you want valid, reliable advice, I recommend an little more info.
