I need help making my BBQ perfect for takeout and delivery orders. Any advice?

BBQ Takeout :
Keep it simple!
Like 4 items ? You can add more items later or offer as a daily special ?
Chicken I would not count it out !?
Some folks do not like the beef or pork Q?
Not to mention its cheap !
Maybe boneless or fingers as a side?.
#1 Set yur menu, tweaked it out to get it right.
#2 Set Yur recipes up to ensure the consistency of yur Great Food !
Make yur own meat Rubs ! Yur unique signature .
#3 try out what you decided on to cook and give samples to folks , for a full honest option.
( suggest using a local church or local community club, or Both !)
May want to go to a nearby BBQ Place ,to get some ideas? Even if its not close.
Look At their menu!
There is a place here in Westville, NJ. Called Swerves ( spelling is not right ?)
Look it up on You Tube: NJ BBQ.
He started out very small and his business grew, He is ranked on of the best in NJ!
I know if I opened up a Q, what I would put on the menu.
