Hot Dog Bread Pizza (Bear Style)
I never saw one of these before, so I took the Liberty of Naming it.
I can tell you this was Awesome, and I’ll be doing it again, & Soon!!
I used Berks Hot Dogs, and I got the idea from their Web Site.
I figured they owed it to me for making it so hard for me to get their Quarter Pound Hot Dogs.
So this time I used Berks regular sized Hot Dogs.
I started off by Partially frying some Dogs in a Pan & removing them.
Then I put 4 Hot Dog Buns on my Air Fryer Baking Pan.
Then I laid a Dog on each of the 4 Buns.
I covered the Dogs with “Marinara” sauce, allowing it to spill over each side onto the Buns.
Then I covered them with some shredded Cheddar, but mostly Mozzarella cheese.
Then I put the Pan on the #3 position & set the temp for Roast 360°.
I figured they'd take about 10 minutes, but I checked them @ 7 minutes, and they were starting to brown.
I took them out when everything was nice & crispy and Browned—Somewhere around 9 or 10 minutes.
Like I said earlier, these were really Awesome. I think the only thing I might adjust is put a little more Marinara on, or maybe even top it with some Yellow Mustard after removed.
Enjoy the Pics,
Bear
