Hi  My name is Kim

My husband bought me a Bradley Smoker 2 years ago.  Since then we have smoked many things, bacon being my favourite.  What I am trying now is smoking without salt.  My husband has Diabetes and has to watch his sodium intake.  If anyone has ideas or recipes to share that would be great and I will post mine as I try them. Looking forward to smoking with you.

Welcome to the forum!  I too am diabetic and know your situation.  I've had 4 strokes.  We have a group here called YAWYE (yaw-we, 2nd y is silent).  Stands for You Are What You Eat:
