Hi!

Checking in. I am a complete novice. Fairly accomplished charcoal grilling snob. I am not too humble  to say that the best steak, the best pork chops, and the best wings I have ever eaten I grilled.

I love BBQ and think I will enjoy it more if I am the one smoking it. I am especially interested in doing ribs, boston butt, and brisket.

I am buying a drum (used once with a bag liner)and ordering a BPS kit.
