Names Mark, and I enjoy a good smoked brisket, butt, and ribs. I have smoked ribs a few times on charcoal grills but I finally decided to buy an electric smoker. I have an MES 30 (?). Looking forward to smoking my first butt on it this week. :grilling_smilie:
