Good evening everyone. I've been trolling your site taking in as much knowledge as my sometimes overtaxed brain will allow. I live in northern :grilling_smilie:Michigan and I love BBQ. I have a Weber 22 charcoal, a Weber Silver Genesis gas, and a 55 gallon UDS. I am beginning my journey on a refrigerator conversion so I will still be lurking about in the forums searching for sage advice from you pros. Great site. Thanks for being here.
