New to this Forum but old to grilling and smoking. Big Weber fan here with 2 Performers with Rotisseries, my little Smokey Joe for daily use and my new 14.5" Smokey Mountain smoker. I had the 22" and the 18" smokers but the 14.5" works best for me in my downsizing. I use the ThermoWorks Smoke thermometer system with the Smoke Gateway wireless unit. I installed the Silicone probe gaskets in both of my Performer grills so I can use my Smoke probes in them without damaging the wires. With the Smoke's remote and the Gateway, I can be anywhere and keep tabs on my grills. I also use my Thermapen One for checking up on anything on the Rotisseries. I don't know how I missed finding this forum after all the years of searching the net for different recipes. After reading all kinds of posts on this site, I am now addicted. Seems like a great place with friendly people covered in charcoal dust, spices, soot, lid rim sticky marks and burn scars.

Welcome from KS. You will fit in nicely. There are more than a few Weber nuts around here.
