Hello from Western Massachusetts!!!

Hey guys, this is Bob checking in from Western Massachusetts...... yes there's more to Massachusetts than just Boston. I work as a natural gas utility worker. I've just started smoking this year as my girlfriend gave me a Smoke Hollow 48" propane smoker for my birthday.... I've since converted it to natural gas. I'm now addicted to smoking meats, I've done brisket, pork butt, ribs, pork belly burned ends, prime rib.... and soon a thanksgiving turkey... (fingers crossed)
