New to the site and have a question, smoking two 9lb butts for my wife’s baby shower on sunday. Plan on smoking them in my masterbuilt electric smoker at 225 on Saturday morning. Looking for some advice on how I should plan to keep the finished product tasting great for Sunday at 1pm. Thanks!
