Happy to be here.
I have been smoking/grilling/cooking, for 30+ yrs. Sorry to be so slow in posting this, been a member a while, a lurker much longer.
There is a vast amount of knowledge here, to help improve, and learn new methods, tricks, and tasty recipes.
I grew up on the farm, and lived on same farm all my life.
I have a 20+yr old original Oklahoma Joe 16 inch offset, built out of 1/4 structural steel pipe. 20170108_154615.jpg
Block pit, 62 x 39 cooking surface.
2- BBQ Grillware 36 x 18 grills.
Old keg grill, my 1st build.
Keg smoker.
Trailer mounted lp gas, pig cooker.
I will post pic's of all if I can figure out how, to post more than one.
