Hello everyone,
Been out of the game for a few years, sold off my 300 gallon trailer rig (to a team in Houston) during not so good times. Just ordered the RecTec 700 with the smoke box and a Matador as well. Hopefully it will ship soon. Trying the "pellet" game this time around as I had grown tired of tending a fire all the time and buying wood by the cord was getting tiresome to say the least. Also it will be nice to not feel like I'm wasting time and wood if I'm not cooking hundreds of pounds of meat every time I fire it up. Looking forward to having a lot of fun and getting to know some of you along the way.

Welcome to SMF!
Congrats on the new smoker!
Boy it won't be long before pellet smokers take over the market.
Everyday someone else is buying one, and I might add that the one you bought has great reviews on here.
So we will be looking forward to seeing some of your smokes!
