Hello, this is Chuck from Toledo Ohio. I have gotten so much great info from this site, I had to join. I'm using an Oklahoma Joe highland offset with mods to get it as tight as possible. Using the flat tuning plates under the cooking grates.I enjoy watching smoke roll out of the stack while consuming a barley and hops salad (or 4). I've been in the HVAC industry for over 25 yrs.
