For us, a traditional New Year's Day meal...sorta. Had pan fried, cubed (some call it tenderized) boneless pork chops and gravy with onions, collard greens, blackeye peas, rice, and cornbread or rather corn cake, as I call it...Jiffy Corn Mix. Only the one pic...

My sincerest wish is for all to be happy and prosperous in the coming year...

Happy New Year Charles! Food looks great! I stayed with my tradition of pork and kraut. Did a huge butt with the rinsed kraut in the crock pot. Whooped up a batch of my cheddar ranch cauliflower / turnip mash. Ate WAY to much lol

Happy New Year Charles
My wife and I never grew up with a New Year's tradition so we have none.
Well, maybe we do have a tradition. Ate leftovers from last week's pot roast.

Love the pic of that plate. I would and could easily inhale the plate. And I mean, the plate, the food on it, and even a napkin or two. I am a pig and that is my kinda grub. Well, to be honest, most food is my kinda food. But I digress. Point.

Happy New Year to you and yours my friend! That plate looks top notch… my kind of meal!

Happy New Years to you also Charles. Food looks fantastic

Point for sure
Chris
