Happy Easter from Bismarck, ND

Finally saw several days of warmer weather. (40's) I spent half the day shoveling piles of snow from shady parts of the yard into the sun in order to melt it. Then several hours sitting on the back deck seasoning my new MES smoker. Dreaming of meals I wanted to cook, drinking some wine.... more wine.... you get the idea. Anyway, I woke up to see snow falling again this morning. Not acceptable! Well, the spiral cut ham will be cooked in the oven again this year.
