I have been reading this site for a long time and decided to join. I have been using my GMG Daniel Boone Pellet grill for about 4 years or so and really love it.

welcome! i gotta ask, being a south Louisianan, what’s a good dish to wow my midwestern friends in Kansas City?
well I’m here to learn more about BBQ so I won’t suggest that. I personally like chicken sausage gumbo when it’s cold Outside. But that is made so many ways from different parts Louisiana such less the country. just the roux, chicken, sausage, celery, bell pepper, and onion. NO tomatoes!
