I live in Pa. & have just purchased my first smoker ever. I picked a masterbuilt after seeing a presentation on it. Any help that

cuffs, i'm kindly a newb myself. well, i've smoked before but ruined it everytime. if you  haven't seen it, jeff has a free 5day course you can get. as far as help, pick the subject you like, sausage, bacon, cheese, fatties, or whatever your pleasure is and hit that section. AMAZING how much is in here. i've been lurking for several weeks before joining and i am simply amazed. questions, just ask.....
