Have more goose to grind for some buddys. Thinking on maybe SS or Trail Bologna. Grinding goose breast, this is 9 lbs after trim and artery removal. They wanted pork butt cut in this time so i ground 6 lbs of butt. Mixed the meats together real good. I did not mix in any cure or seasonings yet. Cover and fridge for a few hours until i decide on what i'm going to make. Wrapped 4 times with clear wrap, in fridge now.
